Beyond the official lists, Anno 1404 has a vibrant modding scene. Ubisoft officially released "ToolOne" and "WorldEditor2" with patch 1.1. ToolOne allows you to create fully custom scenarios with specific start/victory conditions and custom assets, while WorldEditor2 lets you edit the physical maps and island configurations.
