Chakralawi’s core theological argument was based on , where Allah describes the Quran as ahsan al-hadith (the most beautiful/hadith). He interpreted this to mean that the Quran is, in fact, the best and most perfect Hadith, making all other collections of Prophetic traditions superfluous. He believed the Quran was fully detailed, self-explanatory, and required no external sources for interpretation.

Eventually, he arrived at a revolutionary conclusion: the Quran alone is the perfect, comprehensive, and divine source of guidance for Muslims, and that seeking guidance from any other source is unnecessary.
